Webinar’s Save You Money
Over the past few years web conferencing has become very popular. Webinar is short for web seminars. Webinar’s are just like a conference room based seminar, however, participants view the presentation through their Web-browser and listen to the audio through their telephone. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements — the ability to give, receive and discuss information. Contrast with “Webcast”, in which the data transmission is one way and does not allow interaction between the presenter and the audience.
It seems to me that the competition between some web conference companies may be getting tough. The way I come to that conclusion is because of what I have heard and what I continue to see posted on the Internet. It’s sad that people have to lower themselves to this type of nonsense. Using these despicable, nonprofessional tactics that I have seen and read will only hurt the market, not to mention, turn people off. Anyway, web conferencing is here to stay and a great way to save people time and money.
