Don’t Wait It Could Cost You
A friend of mine has been separated from his wife now for about 3 months. I have been trying to tell him that he needs to find lawyer ASAP. He and his wife have been married for just over ten years and I know that the divorce is going to be complicated. A good divorce lawyer can make it go much easier than it has too. I have a feeling since she is a stay at home mother that she will make out good.
The most important thing is to get a decent child custody lawyer. I know his wife has already stated she wants full custody of her kids and my buddy is just sad over it. His heart is crushed and if he doesn’t find a good lawyer soon he is going to miss out. In some of these cases the lawyer that gets to the family friends first often wins. Getting letters from teachers, coaches and neighborhood friends often helps the judges make their decisions. This can be difficult on the friends as they don’t really want to take sides. I know this is something I hope I never have to deal with but you never know in today’s world what could happen.
